We were founded in 2005 by employment industry and accountancy experts who shared a vision; to be a leading voice for the rights of recruiters and contractors. Over the years we have grown our organisation and now support hundreds of recruitment agencies and thousands of temporary and contract workers each week.
We understand both the operational side of agencies and the regulatory landscape, so can scope services to meet the growth aspirations of agencies yet still remain fully compliant with HMRC regulations.
We also appreciate that workers and agencies don’t all operate 9-5, often working unsociable hours or are simply unable speak to us during the day, so our support is not restricted to those times either.
To allow our clients and contractors to contact us ‘out of hours’, Anderson established an office in Manila, Philippines, which is fully manned right up to 10:00pm UK time. This facility has proven so popular with our clients and contractors that it has grown from a modest team of eight into a vibrant team with a capacity for over 350 staff – all of whom have customer support at the heart of their daily duties. With our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offering becoming such a popular part of our operations, having a customer support team available to our BPO customers is also proving to be a winner.
To complement our Manila customer support team and to further extend the working day for our in-house processing team, Anderson India was established 2009. With a highly experienced and fully qualified team of accountants and accounting technicians, Anderson India comes ‘on line’ at 4:00am UK time, allowing many processes, particularly payroll, to take place well before our UK team get to work – ensuring that our strict service level agreements with our clients and customers can be met with ease.
Notably, our teams in both the Philippines and India are fully integrated into our global operations. Both teams share our telephone and IT infrastructure and operate as true branch offices from their modern and well-equipped offices. Anderson are proud of our achievements overseas and are a model of how a global operation should be run.
