Job title: Group Account Manager
Department: Commercial
Location: Luton Head Office
Travel required: Yes

Purpose

  • To maintain, develop and increase levels of business from selected accounts of Anderson Group through the ongoing referral of contractors
  • Establish and develop relationships at both management and consultant level
  • Increase clients awareness of Anderson Group and report on potential avenues of business for the Group
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintaining accurate client records using company databases and other formats
  • Liaise with contractor team to debrief them on agency changes, sales campaigns etc

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Maximise ROI from all accounts through the ongoing referral of contractors
  • Develop referral process in order to increase speed of registration and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate up to date intelligence on in-house systems
  • Establish a consistent service plan for recruitment businesses including face to face meetings and training sessions as agreed
  • Motivate agencies to utilise the Group’s services through use of exemplary customer services
  • Create a network of contacts in order to maximise potential business leads
  • Network within business communities to build business leads and cross-sell where possible
  • Make optimum use of social media and other digital tools
  • Attend company functions and events as necessary

Job title: Group Sales Manager
Department: Commercial
Location: Field based
Travel required: Yes

Purpose

  • Exploring new avenues of business and Identification of new agency customers
  • Contacting and engaging potential agency customers via telephone and face to face meetings
  • Closing new business deals to generate revenue for the business in line with targets
  • Generating and maintaining a pipeline of potential agency customers

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Negotiating terms for new agency business relationships
  • Implementing process of generating contractor leads to the telesales team
  • Focus on the top line agency incoming sales value for all solutions within the Group
  • Verifying agency rebate figures; authorising rebate invoices or arranging vouchers
  • Maintaining relationships with customers to generate referrals and maintained business levels
  • Attending end-client meetings with agency partners to secure existing business and increase potential business
  • Reporting of sales conversions to Line Manager on a weekly basis
